Egyptian ministry warns citizens against exposure to sun

The Health Ministry has advised citizens, particularly children and the elderly, to avoid exposure to the sun for long periods so as not to feel exhausted due to the high temperature.
Citizens should walk in the shade, wear hats and drink water and natural juice, the Health Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
The elderly should better stay at home, it added.
The Ministry also advised citizens to consult a doctor whenever they feel the urge to vomit or suffer from headache or dehydration.
