Head of the Egyptian Pharmacists Syndicate Mohie Eddin Ebeid on Thursday discussed major pharmacists' demands with the health ministry's committee responsible for handling pharmaceutical affairs' problems.
The committee comprises a number of health ministry representatives.
During the meeting, they tackled three topics of priority including: selling medicines at different prices, reviewing resolution no. 200 regarding permissions needed from the general syndicate and subsidiary unions on establishing pharmaceutical companies in addition to the topic of returning expired medications.
The committee is scheduled to hold its fourth meeting within the coming week.
