The main gate of Children's Cancer Hospital in Egypt (CCHE 57357) has been named after late Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdel Aziz.
Saudi ambassdor in Cairo Ahmed Qattan, Cairo Governor Galal Mostafa Saeed were present in a ceremony held to mark this occasion.
In a keynote speech during the ceremony, Qattan said that King Abdullah loved Egypt, which had special status in his heart.
He extended thanks to those who are in charge of the hospital, offering 250,000 pounds as assistance to the hospital.
For his part, Cairo governor commended a role played by Saudi Arabia under King Salman bin Abdel Aziz in supporting Egypt in various areas.
