Dr. Mohamed Salim Al Olama, Under-Secretary of the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, has discussed prospects of cooperation in the medical field and the exchange of medical delegations visits with Jean Paul Tarud-Kuborn, Ambassador of the Republic of Chile to the UAE.
During the meeting, which took place at the ministry's headquarters in Abu Dhabi, Dr. Al Olama reviewed the ministry's achievements, the ongoing development in the therapeutic and preventive services and the use of modern medical technology to achieve health security with regards to the ministry's openness on health experiences around the world.
Tarud-Kubornhe praised the achievements of the UAE at all levels, particularly in health legislation, infrastructure and the presence of highly qualified medical staff, expressing his country's desire to develop healthy relations with the UAE and the exchange of knowledge and experiences, in addition to activating scientific research.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Essa Ahmed Al Mansoori, Director of the Under-Secretary's Office and International Relations Office.
