The Cairo Criminal Court will issue a document next Saturday on the reasons behind the Hesham Barakat assassination case ruling against 67 defendants of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB).
The defendants are charged with the assassination of late prosecutor general and accused of involvement in espionage activities on behalf of the Palestinian movement Hamas to carry out terrorist acts in Egypt.
Last July, Cairo's Criminal court sentenced 28 defendants to death for their conviction in the assassination of Barakat.
The court also sentenced 15 defendants to life imprisonment and eight others to 15 years in jail, while 15 defendants were sentenced to 10 years in prison.
