Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met on Wednesday in Paris with French counterpart Jean-Yves Le Drian.
During the meeting, the two officials discussed the bilateral cooperation and a number of regional issues of common concern, mainly the Libyan situation and disagreement with Qatar.
During the meeting, the French diplomat briefed Shoukry on the outcome of his Gulf tour.
The Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the two-state solution were discussed in the meeting.
