The Supreme Council of Culture said that Egypt is able to wipe out terrorism with the unity of its people, army and police.
In a statement on Friday, the council condemned a terrorist attack on a security checkpoint in El Badrasheen, Giza, which left five policemen dead.
Such acts will make the police, army and people more determined to eliminate terrorism, said the council’s Secretary General, Hatem Rabie.
He offered his sincere condolences to the Egyptian people and the families of the martyrs, asking the God to have mercy on their soles and grant them peace.
