Egyptian Ambassador to Tunisia Nabil Habashy organized a celebration on Friday to mark the 65th anniversary of the July 23 Revolution.
At the beginning of the event, attended by Tunisian Culture Minister Mohamed Zine El Abidine, Habashy called on the attendees to observe a minute of silence over police and army victims in Egypt and Tunisia.
Also, he pointed to the distinguished relations binding the two countries and stressed that Egypt stands by Tunisia in its war against terrorism.
Tunisian Ambassador to Egypt Najib Munifi and a number of Tunisian lawmakers, in addition to several partisan figures have attended the celebration.
