Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah al-Khaled al-Hamad al-Sabah chaired his country's delegation participating in the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee (AHLC) meeting on Palestine.
The meeting that was held late Monday on the fringe of the 72nd session of UNGA.
The meeting comes within the framework of mobilizing international efforts to support Palestine and the Palestinian people, Kuwaiti News agency reported.
During the meeting, participants discussed visions and proposals aiming to improve the Palestinian economy and institutions.
The meeting also tackled the best means for helping the Palestinian people to restore their legitimate rights and to establish their independent state with eastern Al Quds as its capital.
