The National Organization For Military Production and Beheira governorate signed on Sunday a protocol of cooperation to implement a number of projects in the province.
Attending the signing ceremony, Military Production Minister Mohamed Assar said that upon the protocol, his ministry will provide several capabilities and services that will help development in Beheira including the establishment of a factory to turn waste into bio-fertilizers.
The ministry will offer equipment and machines for collecting waste and improve environment, said the minister, adding that it will participate in other service projects including maintenance and road paving.
Systems for renewable energy and power saving will be delivered by the military production ministry which will provide the governorate with fire engines and incinerators, said the minister.
The ministry will participate in other projects including the establishment of sports facilities and databases and electronic networks.
The cooperation will make best use of local resources and capabilities in the governorate, said Assar.
