Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has held an extended urgent meeting with the mini cabinet to discuss the security tensions in the West Bank city of al Quds in the wake of Israeli banning entry of Palestinians to the holy mosque of al Aqsa.
The meeting, held late Sunday, took up the escalation of security tension in al Quds and the West Bank as well as tensions in relations with Jordan after two Jordanians were killed by a guard of the Israeli embassy.
Israel refused that Jordanian security bodies interrogate the guard under claims that he has diplomatic immunity.
