PM amends decision establishing GEM

Prime Minister Sherif Ismail amended on Thursday a previous decision on rules and regulations of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).
He reworded "board of directors" to be "board of trustees" that was mentioned in item 3 of Article 9.
The board of trustees' main function is to set up general polices, guidelines and strategies of the museum.
The board of trustees will convene at least once every year. Its decisions will be effective after being approved by the absolute majority of its members.
