Red Sea Governor Ahmed Abdullah met on Sunday with the British Consul in Cairo to discuss enhancing cooperation especially in tourism sector.
The British diplomat, who is also acting as the director of regional consular process in Red Sea governorate along with his accompanying delegation were received at the governorate headquarters.
During the meeting, Abdallah urged the British consul and accompanying delegation to convey the real situation of security and stability in the tourist cities of Red Sea governorate.
Abdallah expressed hope for increasing the number of British tourists visiting Egypt, asserting that all security measures have been taken to eliminate terrorism.
The British consul affirmed that the Red Sea governorate is totally secured.
