UK Ambassador to Libya Peter Millett expressed on Wednesday concern over the random shelling of residential areas in the western Libyan city of Sabratha, saying it is tantamount to war crimes.
For the second week now, fighting has been flaring up between the Libyan army and armed groups as they battle each other for control of Sabratha’s city center.
Violence left 17 people dead and 48 wounded.
