US President Donald Trump has signed a legislation, imposing new sanctions against Hezbollah, the Iran-backed terrorist group.
President Trump said that the sanctions aimed at denying the terrorist Hezbollah militia any resources to finance their activities, threatening to slap additional sanctions to dismantle their terrorist networks.
The US Congress passed the bill of law two weeks ago, imposing additional sanction against Hezbollah to curb its ability to collect funds or recruit new element, in addition to stepping up the pressure on banks that deal with the terrorist militias, as well as countries that support it, particularly Iran.
The bill expands the list of those who can be sanctioned for doing business with Hezbollah, barring them from entering the United States of America.
