Death of Bin Laden does not mean the end of terrorism, he said, indicating at various and ongoing threats targeting French interests in some countries, he added, noting that the vigilance instructions were given in anticipation of possible retaliatory actions by Al-Qaeda or splinter groups loyal to the notorious organization. Justice has been served with the killing of the Al-Qaeda chief, he said, also stating that conditions across the Arab world have changed with rise of pro-democracy movements since the 2001 Sept. 11 attacks on the US.
