The Hungarian premier lauded as much deeper the change made by Sisi in Egypt than in his country.
He said a few leaders in the world took key decisions as Sisi acted in Egypt.
Orban added the joint commission will work in a better way and investment cooperation will rise thanks to a current launching base.
He said he agreed with the Egyptian side to promote cultural and educational cooperation, noting that Egyptian students were increasingly interested in studying in Hungary.
He also hailed Egypt's achievements in the field of migration.
