Manhunt for 2 fugitives who fled prisoner transport vehicle

Cairo police have launched a manhunt for two fugitives who fled a prisoner transport vehicle, a security source told MENA.
The source said the pair, along with others were returning from a court when gunmen opened fire at their vehicle on the Autostrad road in Saqr Quraish suburb of Cairo.
No casualties were reported, the source said.
Security checkpoints have been established to arrest the two escapees and the perpetrators of the attack as soon as possible, the source noted.
