Mufti to Canadian Ambassador: Egypt enjoys stability

Egypt's Mufti Shawqi Allam asserted that Egypt enjoys stability in light of keenness of all State institutions and their leaders to proceed with plans to achieve progress and development.
The Mufti's remarks were made during his meeting with Canadian Ambassador in Cairo Jess Dutton.
The meeting took up means of bolstering religious cooperation between the two countries.
The Canadian ambassador, for his part, praised the Egyptian-Canadian relations that have been progressing over the past years at all levels.
He also lauded efforts exerted by Iftaa House to confront extremism by all means, voicing hope over beefing up joint cooperation as per fighting terrorism and spreading religious awareness.
