Secretary of Crisis Management Council of Torbat Heidariyeh Township in Iran Ali Esma'eilnezhad said, Wednesday's quake damaged 170 houses in city and 11 villages of this township's Kadekan District. Esma'eilnezhad added in an interview with Iran''s News Agency (IRNA), "The said earthquake damaged houses in 11 villages of Kadekan District between 35 to 40 percent." He added, "Also 50 houses have been damaged in Kadekan City between 30 to 40 percent. " The official reiterated, "Six schools and student dormitories in Kadekan District, too, were damaged between 20 to 30 percent, the facilities of the Cemetery Garden of Kadekan Municipality 40 percent, and the Water and Sewage Building of the city has been damaged 20 percent." Esma'eilnezhad said, "The monetary amount of the damages in Iranian rials is underway and the list of the damaged homes, too, is being prepared for presentation to the Housing Foundation for remuneration and reconstruction. " The official said nothing about the loss of life, or injured victims of the earth quake. A quake measuring 4.5 degrees on open-ended richer scale shook the vicinity of Kadekan, a district of Torbat Heidariyeh Township pf Khorassan-e Razavi Province.
