Turkish and Azerbaijani armed forces began Sunday a five-day joint military exercise in Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said that the exercises came in the framework of military cooperation between Turkey and Azerbaijan and aim at developing coordination between the armed forces of the two countries by exchanging experiences, according to Anadolu Agency (AA).
In addition to the military units, armored vehicles, artillery batteries, mortars, helicopters and air defense systems are participated in the exercise.
