UN envoy: German parliament Vice-President welcomes engagement in Libya's development process

UN Special Envoy for Libya Martin Kobler said Vice-President of the German Bundestag Claudia Roth welcomed the strong engagement in Libya's development process.
In a tweet on his account, Kobler said Roth spoke about the security situation in Libya before the Defense Committee at the German Bundestag.
He called for helping those in need of assistance in Liby
