A high-profile delegation from the World Bank (WB) inspected on Sunday a social housing project in Badr city in north east of Cairo governorate.
A number of senior officials accompanied the delegation in the tour in which they inspected the project’s various stages including the building of several facilities aiming to serve the residents.
During the tour, head of Badr city development authority Ibrahim Desouky reviewed the stages of the project that were implemented and the other ones that are currently under construction in the city.
Meanwhile, the World Bank delegation hailed the project, asserting that the other Arab countries should benefit from the success of the social housing project in Egypt.
