A Palestinian man was injured in the head during clashes with Israeli occupation forces Monday in the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestine Red Crescent.
The man is from Hizma village, northeast of Al-Quds, which along with several cities have witnessed violent clashes with Israeli security troops.
The man, not identified by the Red Crescent, has been moved to a hospital in Ramallah. No further details were given on his condition.
The new wave of violence in the Palestinian territories followed Israeli one-sided measures including the closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque after a deadly shooting near the holy site where two Israeli policemen were killed.
