A total of 11 civilians were killed while 21 others injured, including children and women in a preliminary outcome, after Houthis and pro-former president Ali Abdullah Saleh militants shelled residential neighborhoods in Taiz city of Yemen, medical sources said on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the militias continued to besiege the city blocking the only entry from the eastern side for the third day in row, local sources asserted.
Taiz city is witnessing severe clashes between popular resistance and national army supporting the legitimate government and militias besieging the city and preventing medications, water and food from reaching residents of the city.
