Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp believes the Premier League should follow their European rivals and introduce a winter break to help increase the national team's chances of success.
The German coach will experience his first hectic Christmas and New Year period in England having been used to a month's rest during his time with Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga.
"You have too many games, that's for sure," Klopp told the BBC's Football Focus programme.
"You have no break, too many tournaments. I think everybody knows that's not the way to be successful.
"Everybody thinks (England coach) Roy Hodgson should lead these boys to the Euro 2016 title, they have really good players.
"But they've had no break for one year. All the other teams have. You can be (successful) but it's much harder."
