Danish defender Mathias Jorgensen believes PSV can still challenge for the Eredivisie title after a flying visit to the club he will join next season. The 22-year-old, who has been out since September with a cruciate knee ligament injury, has urged his future team-mates not to give up on the title despite being five points behind leaders AZ in fourth place. Jorgensen, who will be joining PSV on a free transfer from FC Copenhagen in the summer, hopes the Eindhoven side will be able to overhaul AZ, Ajax and Twente in the title race. Jorgensen told Voetbal International: "I hope they realise that the championship is still possible. PSV should not give up. All title candidates lose points, there is nothing lost." Eye on Dutch date Jorgensen, who has six caps for Denmark, is well on the road to recovery from his injury. "In two weeks I hope to play my first game for Copenhagen reserves," he said. Jorgensen has not ruled out the possibility of playing at UEFA EURO 2012. "The EC is still a possibility, but I have not spoken with the coach. It would be nice to play with Denmark against some of my new team-mates at PSV."
