London - Arabstoday

Napoli must immediately forget their exit from the UEFA Champions League if they are go on and achieve success in Serie A and the Coppa Italia, according to coach Walter Mazzarri. The Italians lost 4-1 after extra-time at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday as Chelsea progressed to the quarter-finals thanks to a 5-4 aggregate triumph. "We have been naive due to a lack of experience in this competition," Mazzarri said. "But my players gave everything and we are proud of what we have done in the Champions League. Now we must turn the page. We have 11 finals left in Serie A and a semi-final of the Coppa Italia with Siena to play for." Napoli are riding a five-match winning streak in Italy and travel to the Friuli stadium to face Udinese on Sunday. Mazzarri's side are fourth in the standings, level on 46 points with Udinese and just two points behind Lazio, who are third and hold the final Champions League qualifying spot. AC Milan, the only Italian team still in the Champions League, will look to extend their six-match unbeaten run with victory at Parma on Saturday. I Rossoneri are four points clear of second-placed Juventus at the top of the standings. Juventus look to end their four-match winless run when they travel to Tuscany to face Fiorentina on Saturday. The Turin giants have drawn six of their last seven league games, including last weekend's goalless result at Genoa. Edy Reja's Lazio lost 3-1 to Bologna last time out to concede their first defeat at home since November. I Biancoceleste square off at Catania on Sunday knowing that a win coupled with a draw between Udinese and Napoli will strengthen their grip on third place. Roma are sixth and seven points behind Lazio heading into Monday's game against Genoa. I Giallorossi have lost just one of their last eight league games at the Stadio Olimpico. Pressure is building on Inter Milan coach Claudio Ranieri, whose team was eliminated from the Champions League this week at the hands of Marseille. The Nerazzurri won 2-1 on Tuesday to make it 2-2 on aggregate, but Marseille progressed on away goals. Ranieri's side are seventh after last weekend's 2-0 triumph at Chievo which ended a nine-game winless run. Inter host Atalanta on Sunday. Mid-table Palermo travel to relegation-threatened Lecce looking for their first win away from home this season. The Sicilians have mustered just four points - all from draws - in their 13 games away from home. Cesena are in Sardinia this weekend and will face a Cagliari side that lost 6-3 at Napoli last Friday. The result led to the sacking of Davide Ballardini and the return of coach Massimo Ficcadenti. Cagliari were 12th when Ficcadenti was dismissed in November and are now 17th, one place above the relegation zone. Chievo coach Domenico Di Carlo will have to watch his side's match at Bologna from the stands while he completes a touchline ban. Di Carlo was sent off for dissent during last weekend's defeat to Inter. Siena host 19th-placed Novara looking to make it four wins in a row. The Tuscan outfit have climbed to 14th place thanks to their good run of form while Novara are 11 points behind safety.
