Jamaican track and field star Usain Bolt confirmed Wednesday that he will only compete in the 100 flat and the 4x100 meter relay at the next edition of the World Championship in London, an event that will mark the end of his prolific competing career.
"My goal is to win in London, I want to retire with a final victory," assured the several times Olympic and World Champion in a press release here prior to the next stage of the Diamond League in Monaco.
Bolt, now 30, gave up running the 200 flat meters, a distance in which he has always felt more comfortable, so his new chance to win his 4th trio of gold medals (100, 200, 4x100 meter relay) in World Championships will be gone.....
