As many as 150 bodies of people executed by Daesh terrorist group were found in Al Furat River, Syrian activists reported on Monday.
Most of the victims were shot in the head, Al Arabiya Al Hadath news channel reported, quoting eye witnesses as saying.
Victims are believed to be the residents of Bohamed and Zor Shamar villages, it added.
News reports said that Daesh has committed a massacre that left scores of women and children killed in addition to elements affiliated to the Syrian army, loyalist forces and tribal fighters in countryside of Deir Ezzor.
