Arab Parliament Speaker Meshaal al Salami hailed the decision made by Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud to let the Qatari pilgrims enter Saudi Arabia via Salwa border crossing to perform hajj.
In a statement on Thursday, al Salami said the decision shows the nobility of the monarch and his keenness on uniting Arabs amid the current tough conditions in the Gulf region and the Arab world.
The speaker said the move also reflects the appreciation of the Saudi king of the Qatari ruling family and Qatari people, the statement read.
