Arrest warrant against former Governor Ali Ksiksi

The examining judge of the Court of First Instance in Jendouba issued an arrest warrant against Ali Ksiksi, who is accused of illegal appropriation by a public officer of private real estates in accordance with Article 99 of the Criminal Code. Ali Ksiksi, who is incarcerated at the Civil Prison of Bulla Regia (Governorate of Jendouba), had served as governor in several regions and interim director general of Regional Affairs at the Interior Ministry.
