Deputy Premier Receives Thai Ambassador and Lebanese Acting Ambassador

Deputy Premier Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received here today the newly appointed Thai Ambassador to Bahrain Vichai Varasirikul, wishing him every success in enhancing bilateral ties. Ways of bolstering Bahraini-Thai relations at all levels were also reviewed. Separately, Shaikh Ali received the Lebanese Acting Ambassador to the kingdom Abeer Ali and lauded the solid brotherly Bahraini-Lebanese ties. The latest regional developments and issues of mutual concern were also spotlighted. On her part, the Lebanese envoy expressed her country’s keen interest to consolidate cooperation with the kingdom at all levels for the joint interests of the two friendly peoples.
