Egyptian embassy in Damascus helps return stranded family
Cairo - Arab Today

The Egyptian Embassy in Damascus succeeded to rescue an Egyptian woman with two of her female baby kids who were all stranded in a clashes area near the capital and help them return to Egypt on Thursday.

According to Egyptian Minister Plenipotentiary in Damascus Mohamed Tharwat Selim, the Egyptian woman was married to a Syrian who had been reported missing two years ago.

An embassy representative was designated to coordinate with the Syrian authorities to finalize all deportation measures for the family who has recently suffered too much due to the rise in combat operations among the warring Syrian parties, he added.
