Judge Ahmed el-Garf in the Asiut Court launched an initiative in Tahrir Square to form a transitional council, including seven individuals form the state’s institutions on Thursday November 24. The initiative didn’t have any responses so far and stated the transitional council will include representatives of vital institutions in the Egypt including from Al-Azhar institution; the Coptic Church; State’s council representatives; High Constitutional Court representatives; army representatives, on condition they are not a member of Egypt’s ruling military council; and Tahrir Square representatives, on condition they are not a member of any political trend and a public figure known for their competence and integrity.
