Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday that there is no confirmed information about the fate of Daesh leader Abu Bakr al Baghdadi.
Peskov added in press statements that reports about his fate are contradictory.
There is no accurate information, he said, adding that the Russian authorities are investigating about these reports
The Russian army said in June that it was trying to verify information that its jets killed Baghdadi during a bombing raid near Daesh stronghold of Raqa in Syria.
But till now there are no confirmed reports about his death.
