Kuwaiti Emir's envoy heads to Saudi Arabia, Egypt

Envoy of Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah, Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah al Khaled al Hamad al Sabah, headed Monday to Saudi Arabia to hand a written letter from the Emir to Saudi King Salman Bin Abdulaziz.
The Emir's envoy will then head to Egypt to deliver a written letter to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, according to KUNA News Agency on Monday.
