Ambulances along with 175 volunteer paramedics have been deployed throughout the outskirts of al Qaa and Ras Baalbek to cope with "Fajr al Joroud" military operation, Lebanese Red Cross Secretary General Georges Kattanah said on Saturday.
Earlier in the day, the Lebanese army announced the start of an operation against Takfiri Daesh group near the Syrian border in the outskirts of al Qaa and Ras Baalbek.
