Egypt Today, egypt today Premier: Terrorism will not be allowed to prevail

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa
Manama - Egypt Today

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has asserted that the “terrorism industry” has reached advanced and dangerous levels that can be confronted only through security vigilance, decisiveness and firmness.
“We will not allow terrorism, which draws its funding and logistic support from some countries, to prevail and threaten the security of our homeland and our citizens. The security services have been given clear directives to beef up measures, and to surprise terrorists and bring them to justice to receive their punishment, and not to tolerate any matter that may affect the security and stability of the homeland,” HRH Premier said.
In this regard, the Premier saluted the security authorities and personnel, describing them as the “watchful eye that ensures the stability of the nation, and safeguards its security.”
The Prime Minister was speaking while receiving, at the Gudaibiya Palace today, a number of senior state officials and citizens, who extended to him deepest congratulations and good wishes marking Eid Al-Fitr.
They wished HRH Premier and the Bahraini people many happy returns, lauding the tireless efforts exerted by the government, led by the Prime Minister, to deliver the best services for the citizens despite the challenges facing the global economy.
HRH Premier stressed that in Bahrain, “we are a united and cohesive people who is strong in the face of challenges and difficulties,” adding that “the attempts of those seeking to spark sedition among the members of the one nation will fail, as Bahrain’s government and people, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, have always been –and will remain- robust and strong in facing challenges and crises, and fortified against the ambitious and malicious plans of the conspirators.”
HRH Premier emphasised the importance of adhering to the communication and interaction values that have always distinguished the Bahraini people and represented its source of strength and unity.
The Prime Minister added that Bahrainis are well known for their loyalty to the homeland, allegiance to the leadership and keenness on advancing their nation in various fields.
HRH Premier affirmed that Bahrain is rich with its heritage, civilisation and families, stressing the need to document the kingdom’s rich history to be a source of inspiration for the coming generations.
