Saudi-led coalition involved in a war in Yemen announced on Friday the interception of a missile shot from Yemen towards border city Najran, Saudi Press Agency reported.
The spokesperson of the coalition Col. Turki Al Maliki highlighted that the missile was shot by the Houthis from Yemeni city Saada on Friday morning and was destroyed by the coalition.
He said that with the fresh attack, the total number of missiles shot towards Saudi Arabia reached 206 and caused 112 deaths and hundreds of injuries.
Saudi Arabia has been leading the war against Iran-allied Houthis in support of the exiled Yemeni government in the last three years.
