The Emir of Qatar arrives in Kassala

HH the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani arrived in Kassala province for a one-day visit to participate in the opening of the continental / Kassala - Al Lafa/ highway. HH the Emir and his accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Kassala International Airport by Sudanese President Omar Hassan Ahmed Al Bashir. Wali or governor of Kassala Province Mohamed Yusuf Adam , a number of ministers and senior Sudanese officials together with Qatar''s Ambassador to Sudan HE Ali Hassan Al Hammadai and Sudanese Ambassador to Qatar HE Yasser Khidr Khalafallah were also on hand to greet HH the Emir and his accompanying delegation upon their arrival at the airport. A red -carpet welcome ceremomy was accorded to HH the Emir .
