Turkish relief agency, Red Crescent has undertaken building of new water reservoirs to be used in city water supply and to irrigate the arable areas in the city of Rafah in order to find a solution to the water problem in Gaza Strip, a senior official said. "We have completed the first reservoir of 2,000 cubic metres. It serves more than 50 thousand Palestinian people. The second one with a capacity of 3,000 cubic metres is about to be completed. It will serve nearly 150 thousand people in Rafah," hekd told local media here.
