Syrian actress Jenny Esper may make her debut in the Egyptian TV soon through a role in a TV series she is currently considering.
In her statement to Arab Today, the celebrity said she is currently considering several scenarios of Syrian and Egyptian TV series stressing that her choices vary as she “seek to get the best and wishes to achieve great success.”
I carefully choose my work and being engaged in more than one at the same time will not affect the quality and will not reduce my credit with the audience, she said, adding the does not mind the lack of attendance on TV or cinema due to lack of convenient scripts.
The celebrity, who has a Syria father and Ukrainian mother, was set to make her way to Hollywood for her debut role in an American film in which she shares the set with super star Brad Pitt in 2014.
As for the criteria of her works, she said “my choice is mainly based on the script and the role itself rather than the size of the role” which she referred to as a “superficial issue.”
“Starring the leading character of a drama will come on time and it is something I am not thinking of now. I can not accept the role of going unnoticed because this is not the principles at the same time, do not look for materialism sides from behind my art, and I was only accepted every work that offers, but there are acts who I apologize to,” she added.
