Mohamed Hassan Ben Saleh, President of the Moroccan Federation of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, confirmed that the use of various modern means of communication would contribute to a significant change in the level of marketing of insurance services.
Ben Saleh added, in interview with Arabs Today, that he viewed insurance products as complex, called for simplifying the relationship with customers by making it smarter.
He added that digital means enable the companies to communicate with customers wherever they are, via the internet and through social networks (Facebook / Twitter), indicating that it is important to keep up with these customers in all insurance operations.
Ben Saleh stressed that the digital means will be critical in the success of development strategies for emerging companies, pointing out that the executive authorities keep pace with the work of the insurance companies, especially in the implementation of legal texts.
He also indicated that the digital revolution necessitates a review of the possibilities related to the analysis of data and to the field of insurance, in order to identify risks, and provide pre-protection.
Ben Saleh added that in addition to the calculations related to risks and tariffs, there is another bet regarding the continuity of the relationship between companies and customers.
