New strategy to develop cars industry soon

Trade and Industry Minister Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour said the ministry will announce soon a new strategy that aim to develop cars industry and attract more investments to this sector.

This came during Abdel Nour's meeting with members of Engineering Export Council of Egypt (EEC), led by Amr Abu Frekhha, to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the engineering export sector as well as reviewing the new council' vision to double the sector's exports in the coming period.

Meanwhile, Abdel Nour asserted the ministry's keenness to work on providing more opportunities to export Egyptian products including the cars sector especially in the African markets.
