Geneva - Arab Today

Interior Minister, Hussein Majali, on Tuesday, the massive numbers of Jordanian refugees in Jordan have placed major pressure on the national economy and strained already-limited and scarce resources.
He told an international donors conference in Geneva that Jordan's key sectors, including water, infrastructure, education and health care have been strained to the max.
The minister urged the international community to shoulder its responsibilities and provide Jordan with adequate support the help it grapple with this heavy burden.
