A security source announced that Daash elemets kidnapped three tribal dignitaries in Diyala province northeast of Baquba capital of the province today.
The source told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / Nina / : ' Tree tribal figures that had been hijacked refused Daash presence in the region and has been working to form a tribal force to fight and expel Daash
