An Israeli settler rammed into two Palestinians in the West Bank on Tuesday, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.

    The ministry said in a statement that a man was seriously injured and his wife sustained moderate injuries in the attack in the northern city of Qalqilya. According to Palestinian figures, more than 240 Palestinians have been killed since an uptick in Israeli-Palestinian violence began in October of last year. 

    Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces detained 15 Palestinians during raids in a number of West Bank cities on Tuesday. According to the Palestinian Prisoner Club, the forces stormed the cities of Jenin, Tulkarim, Bethlehem, and Hebron and arrested 15 citizens in what have become an almost daily campaign against the Palestinians in the occupied territories.
