Teargas in Ferguson City
Ferguson - BNA

US anti-riot Police in Ferguson City, Missouri State last night fired teargas canisters to disband demonstrators shortly before a night curfew imposed by the authorities in the aftermath of riots which broke out in protest after an American teenager had been killed a week ago. The French News Agency "AFP" said that some demonstrators hoisted signs condemning police violence.
Hundreds of protestors had gathered earlier at one of the City churches demanding justice after 18-year old Michael Brown had been killed by police bullets. His death prompted peaceful as well as violent demonstrations that led the authorities to impose a state of emergency and a night curfew.
Reuters news agency quoted The New York Times as saying that a forensic anatomy report shows that Michael Brown who was killed by a policeman in St. Louis, Ferguson City, State of Missouri had been shot at least six times. The newspaper quoted the former New York senior forensic doctor as saying that Brown had been shot twice in the head and that the bullets that pierced his body do not seem to have been fired from very close range.
