A U.S. federal judge issued an emergency stay on Saturday that bars the U.S. government from deporting valid-visa holders detained upon arrival in the country under an executive order of President Donald Trump, U.S. media reported.
The executive order, signed Friday and widely described as a "Muslim ban," includes a 90-day ban on travel to the United States by citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries and a four-month suspension of the U.S. refugee program.
